Lessons are there for a reason, if not learning from it.

There is a fundamental difference between a smart man and a wise man. A smart man makes a mistake, learns from it and never makes that mistake again. But a wise man finds a smart man and learns from him how to avoid that mistake altogether.

Now I take your attention to the Ukraine,

Seeing that their arguments remained unsolved as the government decides to turn the blind eye to their requests, I fear the worst for them, and thus I hope that other nations can take this as a lesson to never fall though.
