From the title,

It says so little but could just mean so much.

I may not be an American, but if i could i would place my support for Obama.

Many did say that this video may be a propaganda tool,

Further elaborating that what he did is not right.

I did my research on every topic covered in the video..

and damn i'm proud to see a human being of his status living up to his promise.

His promise of Change.

Looking at the great United States of America.

It was obvious that the country was in unstable decline during the Bush Administration.

As all they did was pumped money into the economy hoping that the problems would go away.

After assuming power, hard decisions were made.

One would think of that moment where decisions made are not worth the Risk.

But just as a game of Poker, You'll never know you've won till you see your opponents hands.

I am extremely intrigued on the possibility of a secondary Bail-Out for America's Automotive Industry.

Where proposition was pointing on the fact that companies like General Motors were loosing money by the second.

It was obviously clear to a regular mind that a bail-out would be preposterous!

He did it anyway.......

With harsh terms and conditions where the government would play a significant role in the management of the industry till the loans are paid back.

And knowing now that GM showed an increased growth on the past few years proves that there had been a change. and in just 2 years loans were paid back in full and the company has begun hiring again.

Many do complain on the presidents stance in a Green America, but one thing for sure his recent gas mileage limitation on all vehicles in america shows that he may sacrifice a rich commodity(Gasoline) for the sake of environment. 

And as a double edge sword is sharp on both ends, this decision has pacified the Oil Hungry Nation. This would clearly improve conditions for the future of the nation.

One this is still for sure,

has somehow pointed out that the Occupy movement, originally having a good cause, is currently being drifted from their main objectives.

As i dug through the masses of information all over the internet. I could only clearly summarize that, 

The Occupy Movement is fought by modern day hippies whom don't want to get their sorry ,lazy fat asses of the ground to get work done. They believe that "BLA BLA BLA" but their actions justify else. But it's obvious that their cause is slowly diminishing and they would greatly prefer to be fed by the government if possible...

If there are any protesters on my site now..

I fully recommend you to come on down to Australia!

where the government will feed you constantly and take care of you till the day you die on the expense of others.....

The true protesters of the movement have long gone back into the workforce as conditions have significantly improved.

Placing all this problem aside, i wish that the Malaysian Government could at least practice half the capability of the current American Government.

But it is obvious that we Cant compete with a nation of that magnitude, but it is still possible that we could the least change the direction in which the nation is heading....

I do hope and pray for the sake of the future generations....

Entrepreneur Engineering - Apple Vs Samsung.

Well, this is my final semester in UNSW,
I did chose to take it a little easier,
dropping most heavy engineering subjects for the slightly relaxed Business courses.

On the recent class , I've honestly found that the topic covered was fairly interesting as it was regarding Samsung's and Apple battle for patent rights.

From my perspective, i greatly find that the whole issue in the court battles is just apples way of showing a ridiculously large amount of force...

Many would disagree to my point...
but..
lets go alittle back in time...
when it was
Apple vs HP...

that was a pretty sad event from my perspective as HP had to withdraw its product from many places around the world.... Causing losses so high which was almost an under blow to HP giants technology sector.

Going back to our main agenda, Apple and Samsung,
most of my concerns could be explained in this comic.

Suing on the base of patent reasons is just a little off.

As the patent war went into topics such as the single finger swipe which apple claimed to have patent.

and the multi touch functionality of the screen.

It seems not worth fighting for as the patent itself in my opinion is rubbish.... imagine, if someone did patent the qwerty keyboard, and because of that patent, only companies whom purchased licence agreements are allowed to used that design...

wouldn't that just cause mass confusion in the consumer market?

imagine every company has a different computer keyboard for the laptops/desktops.

Just not right.. isn't it?

That's exactly what that single patent is doing....

it's not "Design" It's in humans nature to do things... 

even on a regular piece of paper, to flip it you pull it from a page to another...

it physics... and not something that was only created by programmed function.....

Furthering on this claim, It is obvious that apple wants to achieve market dominance/superiority in the Smart Phone Sector.

If not, they would have already pursue the hundreds of companies which made a fool out of apple products.

why didn't they just do what they did to Samsung to the little Chinese Counterparts?

Just cause they don't see the threat like Samsung would...

I'm not hating on Apple Corp, as I have owned several of their products.

This does change future events in the coming markets.

and Samsung didn't really loose....

nor Apple truly won...

but one thing is for sure... is that the 

"Consumers loose"

Iphone is acting up.. But hey... I'm not complaining.

Stresses

I've got to keep my composure,

i've already have tons of stresses around the things i do,

i'm stressed beyond my knowledge, and well...

this is not the normal stresses that i face usually,

There's always be studies that i had to worry about... but now.... 

NOW.. family?

after all these years? why now?

On the finaly year of my university,

saying that i don't need more stresses!? why this!?

As i say to alot of my friends, and this time to my self, i've gotta suck it up and move onwards.....

i just need 8 months.... 8 more months to eventually reduce a significant doubt in my life.....

Don't you just hate it when you know you're right... and as no one took your advice... here we are today, in suffering and pain.....I've told everyone 5 years ago.... 5 LONG WINDED YEARS.....

WHY NOW...?

They had a full 5 years to act... and we're all now stuck in this mess... not just me... it's the family too....

The university of New South Wales

so frustrated over everything in uni... i've asked to the university's management to fix a problem which was ongoing for over ONE YEAR! after being civilized on the issue for 6 months...i think it's more than enough time that i've given to them, so i sent a " GO FUCK YOURSELF " reply to their last reply which stated... "we will have the problem fixed in a week".... so i had to cool myself down... i went to the vending machine and it didn't accept my money... so i shook the machine a "little".. and 10 bucks came out..... I guess it's the university's 1st compensation....

Test week is here! =)

well posting this week is slowing down to a stalemate... =/

Mainly due to my tests which are just about the corner...

2 main papers..

1) A post graduate paper on power safety...

-seriously extremely interesting...

-learning based on facts of general electric safety towards humans.. and effects... etc etc...

i'm truly shocked by the things I've never known... such as.... this fact...

Did you know? During a Single Strike of Lightning... There is actually more than 30 secondary Strikes At that same moment!

2) Power System Equipment..

-Some how i felt that my choice of subjects for my final year is playing out pretty well...

-This subject for instance is quite related to the previous subject...

how?

well in this subject we define the equipment.. and things we need to do to protect the equipment.

and the previous subject tells us how the protection of the equipment may/may not effect us as humans.... =)

Well... All is not over... still got plenty to go about...

The Calm

It's a Friday morning, and well... i'm headed out to Westfields to run some errands...

got me thinking... it's going to be a week before i head home and i'm actually quite excited about it. =)

but the excitement is doused by the knowing fact that I've got 2 more exams coming up... and their not your walk over papers....

The thought does come to me, did i make the right decision to take up engineering?

clearly I've little interest in the process.. and all i was doing is setting my mind to it....

but to think of it really hard...

i think my life was running on a believe that i should compete with the people around me.

I don't mean the people i meet in uni...

but more of my own family,

some how it had been hard wired in my brain that i've got to be better than them in alot of ways...

=/

Like it has took me nearly 10 years to realize that in the education field, i was actually better than my siblings all this while... =/

sadly, that was not the case of the news my parents used to feed me with.. =/

But as time passed, i'm sure my parents did mean the best of intentions...

attempting to plant a hopeful seed just like other parents would do the same....

Whenever someone comes up to me and asks "Where Do you see yourself in 5 years"

well, i'm clearly stunned to be honest....

i've not one single clear way.....

The Law, have they lost faith?

Well it's been well over a year since i came down to Australia,

and to be honest, I've grown fond of it...

And through these times, I could understand why many "Legitimate people" would dream of being an Aussie,

but well... through the year that I've been here, I've realized...

Aussies and their government are beginning to show signs of decline...

take a look at the news...

It's like COME ON!

THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!?

Seriously!

I wonder all the time, when you are in trouble who do you call?

The Police?

But when the police does his job, It's his fault for causing harm?!

Comparing the force here and the ones back home, it is obvious tha

t the Aussies have a well trained and well equip force for defending the peace at home.

Let's look at the news shall we?

Summary :

Guy was driving unregistered vehicle.

Guy goes over speed limit,

Police attempt to pull over Guy,

Guy speeds up after refusing stop upon command,

Police pursue,

Chase Gets heated up.

Chase Moves closer to town centre,

Police Ordered to Stand Down.

Police failed to abandon pursuit.

Guy Runs red light and into traffic.

Guy brought to hospital and died soon after,

Another Innocent, seriously injured.

so the part of this...

WHOS FAULT IS IT?

Based on this story,

my simple question is :

when there are several policemen asking you to halt...AND IF YOU ARE INNOCENT...

WHAT DO YOU DO?

A) Turn yourself in as you're innocent?

B) Make a run for it while ditching your shirt?

Well, our good old friend here decided to make a run for it?

and the police had to tase him to the ground and from that effect he died....

my opinion weather he was in the right or wrong, he deserved it....

if you disagree ? i'll ask you?

If 3 Police men tells you to stop while pointing taser's at you?

Would you run?

and throughout all of this my point is still,

somehow Aussies are too nice for their own good....

and if this attitude towards law enforcers continues,

I pray hard for the saviour of this nation.....
